Teamwork – Together we can achieve what an individual can not. We work as a group to achieve what is best for our clients and our clinic community.
Community Service – Our work extends beyond the day-to-day responsibilities as we share our knowledge and time with the clinic families, other professionals, and our local Iowa community.
Positivity – We bring positive energy to our work. We see the good and potential in our workplace and our clients. We assume positive intent in all situations: starting from the idea that staff/caregivers/even the child means well or are doing their best.
Excellence – We combine our experience with best practices to provide the highest quality of care to the children and families we serve. We encourage each other to keep learning and improving every day.
Creativity – Our team cultivates an inner spirit of innovation, adaptability, and flexibility for ourselves and our clients. We celebrate that every day we get to make a difference by having fun with kids!
